This is the third quarter issue for the year 2007 of RPDEV's newsletter called Visionary. In the headline, FVR reports on his participation in a mission to East Timor organized by the Club de Madrid to help provide leadership support for democratic consolidation in the new country which, only about a year ago, was plunged into turmoil following a military mutiny.
