Above statement should not be shooed away as a Senatoriable's usual bombastic claim to grab the headlines, but considered as a frank assessment of a critical national problem shared by millions of responsible Filipinos. As such, these concerns must be addressed with positive Presidential policies and actions, not tiresome denials by Palace functionaries.
